Terms of Service

Last updated July 6, 2026. Official agreements between Rinse, Inc., mobile detailing business operators, and booking customers.

Client & Booking Experience Terms

These terms apply to clients booking, receiving, or paying for detailing services through Rinse-powered online booking forms, invoices, and customer portals.

1. Who you are booking with

Services booked through this page are provided by an independent detailing business operating this booking experience ("the Business"). Rinse provides software and payment workflows for the Business but does not perform or supervise detailing services.

2. Payment processing

Payments are processed through Stripe. The Business is the merchant of record for your transaction and is solely responsible for service refunds, pricing disputes, and cancellation policies.

3. Communications & SMS

If you provide contact information, you may receive appointment and service-related communications (such as technician arrival notifications and receipts). Reply STOP at any time to opt out of SMS messages. Standard carrier messaging and data rates may apply.

4. Your information

Booking details you submit are collected by the Business through Rinse software. Rinse handles this information as a secure service provider for the Business. See our Privacy Policy for details on data handling.

5. Vehicle condition & damage photos

The Business may capture before/after, vehicle condition, or pre-existing damage documentation photos in connection with your service. These photos are stored securely in Rinse software on the Business's behalf.

6. Disputes about this booking page or payment system

This section applies only to disputes about the technical operation of this booking page or payment system itself, and not to disputes about detailing quality, which are strictly between you and the Business. Platform disputes are resolved by binding individual arbitration, except that you may bring eligible claims in small-claims court.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by Georgia state law, without conflict-of-law principles, except this clause does not waive non-waivable statutory protections you may have under the laws of your home state.

8. Changes & contact

These terms may be updated from time to time; the version in effect when you book applies to that appointment. For service questions, contact the detailing Business directly. For technical platform issues, contact support@rinsehq.com.
