Connect Stripe for invoice payments

For operators preparing to let customers pay an invoice from a Rinse portal.

Begin the connection

  1. Open invoicing settings

    In the mobile app, open Settings, then Invoicing.

    Expected result: The invoicing settings and Stripe connection action are visible.

  2. Start Stripe onboarding

    Choose the Stripe connection action. Rinse opens the onboarding flow in your browser.

    Before you start

    • Use your real business email and accurate business information.

    Expected result: Stripe reports the onboarding state back to Rinse.

  3. Verify before sharing an invoice

    Return to Rinse and confirm the connection is ready before relying on online payment.

    Expected result: Eligible customer invoice portals can display Pay online.
